The American Express Blue Business Plus Credit card is a great card to have for Non-Bonus Purchases because you will receive 2x points on every purchase up to $50,000 Every year. I like to pair this with the American Express Everyday Preferred Card which when paired together I like to call the Dynamic Duo. They work very well together. For Example, the Amex Everyday Preferred Credit Card after hitting 30 Transactions per month you will receive 50% more bonus points on the following – Groceries & Gas. However, when your not spending on the bonus categories of Groceries or Gas, assuming you have the American Express Everyday Preferred Credit Card, you would then use your American Express Blue Business Plus Credit Card to get 2x points back on all other purchases. Most People have the thought that since It is a business credit card they are not eligible; however, this is not the case. And it should also be known that just because this card has “Business” in the name, does not mean you have to use it for business expenses. You can still sign up, and you can still use it for personal purchases or business purchases.
